Terms & Conditions
1. Moonlit's role
Moonlit Lux acts as a booking agent for independently owned and operated properties. The accommodation contract is between you and the property; Moonlit arranges, confirms and administers the reservation on your behalf.
2. Requests and confirmation
Submitting a reservation request does not create a confirmed booking. Availability is verified directly with the property, usually within two business days. A reservation is confirmed only when Moonlit issues a Moonlit confirmation number.
3. Rates and payment
Quoted rates are per stay, in the currency shown, and include all accommodation charges and any all-inclusive package selected. Payment is taken in full once availability is confirmed. Local taxes or resort fees payable on arrival, where applicable, are stated on the property page.
4. Alternatives
If your requested residence is unavailable, Moonlit may offer alternatives of equal or higher standing. You are free to accept an alternative, request different dates, or decline and receive a full refund of anything paid.
5. Changes and cancellation
Cancellation terms are set by each property and shown on the residence page before you request to book. Change requests are passed to the property and are subject to availability and any difference in rate.
6. Guest responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of guest names, ages and travel documents, and for observing the property's house rules, occupancy limits and check-in requirements.
7. Liability
Moonlit is not liable for acts or omissions of the property, nor for events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
