What we collect
Your name, email address, telephone number, country of residence, the details of your stay, and any special requests you send us. Payment details are handled by our payment provider and are never stored by Moonlit.
Why we collect it
To verify availability with the property, to confirm and administer your reservation, to send you status updates about your booking, and to answer your questions.
Who we share it with
Only the property hosting your stay and the service providers required to deliver your booking, such as our payment and email providers. We also share limited customer data (such as your email address) with Google and Meta (Facebook) for ad measurement and to understand how guests find us; each processes it under its own privacy terms. We do not sell your information.
How long we keep it
For as long as needed to administer your reservation and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, after which records are deleted or anonymised.
Your choices
You may ask us to correct or delete your details, or to stop sending you anything other than transactional messages about a live booking. Write to the concierge and we will action it.
