Cancellation Policies
Each residence carries one of the policies below. The policy that applies to your stay is shown on the residence page before you request to book, and again on your reservation.
Flexible
Full refund up to 14 days before arrival. Within 14 days, the first night is retained and the balance refunded.
Moderate
Full refund up to 30 days before arrival. Between 30 and 14 days, 50% is refunded. Within 14 days, the reservation is non-refundable.
Strict
Full refund up to 60 days before arrival. Within 60 days, the reservation is non-refundable but dates may be moved once, subject to availability.
Peak season
Reservations over festive and peak periods are non-refundable from the moment of confirmation. Date changes are at the property's discretion.
If Moonlit cannot confirm your requested dates and you decline the alternatives offered, anything paid is refunded in full, regardless of the policy above. Speak with your concierge.
